We want you and your pet to love your PetGlow kit. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement.

How to request a refund

Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and a short description of the issue. If a return is needed, we'll send you the return instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Non-refundable situations

Orders reported more than 30 days after delivery, or items damaged through misuse, are not eligible for a refund.
